Permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is suitable for mining, coal preparation plant and other units.Used for wet separation of fine particles of ferromagnetic minerals with a weak magnetic field or to remove mixed ferromagnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals.The same cylinder of this machine can be equipped with three kinds of tanks: semi-counter-current tank (CTB), counter-current tank (CTN) and counter-current tank (CTS), which are respectively suitable for different particle sizes and different processing requirements.This product adopts the computer optimization design, the magnetic circuit is reasonable and strictly chooses the high coercivity, the high remanence permanent magnet, guarantees the magnetism not to reduce in the long time, guarantees the user’s long-term benefit, the whole structure is reliable and durable.
Application:
The semi-counter-current tank is suitable for the roughing and selection of ores with particle size of 0.5~0mm, especially for the selection of minerals with particle size of 0.15~0mm.
