working principle:
When the impeller of GJF type flotation machine rotates, the pulp in the upper and lower impeller cavity produces centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades and is thrown around, forming a negative pressure zone in the upper and lower impeller cavity.At the same time, the slurry on the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate to form the slurry upper circulation.When the lower blade slurry is thrown around, the lower slurry is added to the center, thus forming the lower circulation of the slurry.The air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the central cylinder, and mixed with the ore pulp to form a large number of tiny bubbles. After the steady flow through the cover plate, the gas evenly disperses in the tank and forms mineralized bubbles.The mineralized bubbles float to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper.
