Working Principle Introduction:
The whole linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motor. When two vibrating motors are synchronously and anti-twisted, the excitation force generated by the eccentric masses cancel each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor, and then is perpendicular to The direction of the motor shaft overlaps with a resultant force, so the trajectory of the screen is a straight line.The two motor shafts have a tilt angle with respect to the screen surface. Under the combined effect of the excitation force and the material’s self-gravity force, the material is thrown on the screen surface to make a straight forward movement in order to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the materials.
