The working principle
For raw materials with a size less than -10, the feeding device enters the grinding chamber evenly through the feeding hollow shaft spiral, and the chamber is equipped with ceramic lining board and different specifications of steel-jade balls. The rotating cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the medium ball to a certain height and then falls down, which has impact and grinding effect on the materials.The required powders are discharged through discharge grates to complete the grinding operation.After grinding materials by mouth into classifier, by adjusting the hierarchical wheel (frequency conversion control, stepless speed regulation) speed, and matches by the reasonable secondary into the wind, in the classification zone to form reasonable stability of gas-solid two-phase flow, using hierarchical centrifugal force produced by the rotation of wheel, and the interaction of induced draft fan negative pressure attraction, implement effective classification of the material.Coarse particles are returned to the ball mill by the coarse material return device to continue grinding, and the finished products are packaged by the automatic packaging machine.The whole system is equipped with a dust remover, which adopts advanced electromagnetic pulse automatic ash removal. After the dust carrying gas enters the dust remover, the dust is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is scattered at the bottom and collected under the action of pulsed back-blowing gas. The filtered clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan.
