The working principle of

After removing the filter cake, the operation position of the filter plate reaches the auto-coupling position and switches to the flushing position opposite to the vacuum flow direction, forming the flushing effect from the inside of the filter plate to the outside, and removing the particles blocked in the ceramic micropores.Then re-immerse the slurry.
When the filter runs for a long time, the filter plate can be thoroughly washed, and the reverse washing solution can be added with chemical agents, and coordinated with ultrasonic oscillation, so as to maintain the efficient operation of the filter.
