The working principle of
The working principle of the chamber filter press is that the filter plates are arranged to form a filter chamber (the two sides of the filter plate are concave and each two filter plates are combined to form a box filter chamber).
The principle is as follows: the surface of the filter plate is pitted and raised to support the cloth.There are through holes in the center and corners of the filter plate, which constitute a complete passage after assembly, and can be used to feed suspension, washing water and extract filtrate.Both sides of the filter plate are supported by a handle on the beam, and the filter plate is pressed by a compression device.The press cloth between the filter plates ACTS as a seal.
Under the pressure of the feed pump, the material and liquid to be filtered will be sent to each filter chamber, and the solid and liquid will be separated through the filtration medium (according to the choice of suitable filter cloth for different industries).Filter residue is formed on the press cloth until it fills the filter chamber to form filter cake.The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the groove of the filter plate to the outlet hole under the filter plate for centralized discharge.After filtration, the filter residue can be washed by cleaning water.After washing, sometimes compressed air is injected to remove the remaining washing liquid.After the filtration, open the filter press and remove the filter cake (the cake is stored between two adjacent filter plates), clean the press cloth and press the plate again to start the next working cycle.
